Residents across L+M communities in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens came together this summer for Family Day celebrations that fostered connection, community, and neighborhood pride.
In partnership with Tenant Associations, L+M and C+C Apartment Management helped host these celebrations that created opportunities for residents of all ages to spend time with friends and neighbors while enjoying live music, food, games, face painting, and other family-friendly activities.
More importantly, they created space for community members to connect, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the unique character of their neighborhoods. As summer transitioned into fall, several communities also hosted back-to-school events, helping local students prepare for the school year with backpacks and essential school supplies.
These celebrations highlight the strength of our communities and the connections that make them thrive. We are grateful to the resident leaders, community partners, volunteers, and on-site teams whose dedication helped bring neighbors together throughout the season.
