As 2025 comes to an end, we’d like to reflect on L+M’s commitment to giving back to our community. This year, we supported more than 90 non-profits and had over 100 employees who volunteered at events supporting local non-profits, residents, and communities.
Two notable events included preparing meals for God’s Love We Deliver – an organization dedicated to delivering free, nutritious meals to New Yorkers living with severe illnesses – and most recently, L+M’s Women Empowered Employee Resource Group’s annual Holiday Toy Drive. Our team donated almost 250 gifts that were wrapped by volunteers in our offices. To make this year extra special, acting ‘Santa’s helpers’ distributed the gifts. Additional events included the Grassroots Grocery Produce Packing Event, Grassroots Grocery Sandwich Challenge, and City Parks Arverne East Nature Preserve Planting Day.
We look forward to continuing to give back to our community in 2026 and beyond, and working together to build stronger communities.
