The new mixed-use, mixed-income development celebrated its ribbon cutting, bringing 283 new homes and 12,800 square feet of retail space to New Haven’s redeveloped Science Park neighborhood.
LMXD, MSquared, and Philadelphia Housing Authority joined city and state officials to break ground on Phase 1 of the Westpark Redevelopment project. The project will transform a vacant public housing site into a mixed-income community in West Philadelphia and will represent a new model for mixed-income LIHTC transactions in Pennsylvania.

L+M, Urbane Development, The Bluestone Organization, Mega Group Development, and Triangle Equities Development Company announced the successful closing of over $278 million in financing for the construction of Arverne East Building D, the the first housing phase of the transformative Arverne East development masterplan. Arverne East will revitalize a vacant 116-acre oceanfront site into a vibrant and resilient community in the Edgemere neighborhood on the Rockaway Peninsula.
The $453 million in financing will fund renovations across seven public housing developments in Central and East Harlem, Manhattan.
Over 570 homes were delivered as part of the multiphase project that will transform the former Brooklyn Development Campus into more than 2,400 affordable homes.
Museum Parc is about 50 percent complete, with its full completion anticipated in 2027. The development will deliver 250 mixed-income apartments across two buildings, with ground-floor retail and additional cultural spaces such as a 4,500-square-foot glass-enclosed gallery.
Construction is finished on Ray Harlem, a 21-story residential building. Designed by Frida Escobedo Studio and Handel Architects, and developed by Ray and LMXD, the structure yields 222 mixed-income rental apartments and space for the National Black Theatre.

StretchLab, an assisted-stretch wellness center, has signed the final retail lease at the Long Island City mixed-use development Jasper. The project is a joint venture among The Domain Companies, LMXD, the VOREA Group and Bridge Investment Group.
